Charlie’s culinary achievements include competing on Food Network’s Battle of the Decades and 24 in 24, securing a top 3 spot on Amazon Prime UK’s The World Cook, winning Roku’s Best Bite Wins, and being featured on Ginger and Carrot and Women in Food. Now, she’s in southern California, spreading sustainable and zero-waste culinary knowledge one dish at a time.
